You can make payments online at home or work, any time of the day. It takes just a few minutes to make an online payment using a VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit/debit card.  Payments will be processed on a secure site, powered by RevTrak.  

To pay fees online simply go to:

  1. Next to Amount enter the amount of the fee you are paying.
  2. Next to Select Program select the fee type.
  3. Enter the Last Name, First Name of the student in the Box.
  4. If you are paying for an E-Flex course enter student’s high school and name of course.
  5. Note:  a convenience charge will be applied to your total purchase. 
  6. Once all information looks correct select Add to Shopping Cart.
  7. Follow the instructions for setting up an account.
  8. Input all billing/credit card information.
  9. Print your final receipt.
  10. You will need to bring your receipt with you when you enroll as proof of purchase.

Paying your fee online does not guarantee you acceptance into Project Encore.  Prior to paying fees, permission must be granted by your school district and program space availability must be confirmed with Project Encore.  All refunds must be approved by Encore administration. If it is determined you are eligible for a refund, we can only refund you the amount you paid for the course/program. You will not be refunded for the convenience charge.
